Land and place
MapBlox
Spatial dashboards for people who make decisions about land.
What it is
MapBlox is a map-first analytics platform. Load the data you actually have, style it, cross-filter it, and share the result as a live dashboard rather than a screenshot in a slide deck.
Who it is for
Housing agencies, municipalities, planners, land developers, natural asset teams
Capabilities
What MapBlox does.
Bring the data you have
GeoPackage, GeoJSON, Shapefile, File Geodatabase, KML and GeoTIFF load directly. No conversion project, no specialist desktop licence between you and the first map.
Built for real parcel counts
Vector tiles are served straight from PostGIS and heavy layers are baked to PMTiles automatically. Validated on a full municipal parcel fabric of 99,718 polygons.
Dashboards that cross-filter
Charts, tables and the map are one view. Filter the map and the numbers move; filter the numbers and the map follows.
Share and embed
Publish a map to the people who need it, or embed a live view in another tool. What they see is the current data, not last quarter's export.
Data that stays fresh
Datasets are versioned and can refresh on a schedule, so a published dashboard keeps pace with its source instead of quietly going stale.
Driveable by an AI agent
MapBlox ships a Model Context Protocol server, so an assistant can build, query and update maps directly — the same platform, operated in words.
How it works
From raw data to a decision people can see.
Ingest
Load vector and raster data in the formats your organisation already uses.
Style
Symbolise, classify and label until the map says what it needs to say.
Analyse
Draw, measure and run spatial queries against the live database.
Assemble
Combine map, charts and tables into a cross-filtering dashboard.
Publish
Share or embed it, with access controlled and data refreshing on schedule.
Services
Engagements around MapBlox.
Site and parcel analysis
Screening land against the constraints that decide a project.
Portfolio mapping
Every asset, every attribute, on one map that stays current.
Public-facing maps
Embedded, access-controlled views for stakeholders and residents.
Spatial data plumbing
Ingest, versioning and scheduled refresh so the map maintains itself.
The other two
Three products that fit together.
See MapBlox on your own project.
Bring a building, a plant or a portfolio, and we will show you what the system does with it. Engagements are scoped and quoted before any work begins.
